Niner fans know what’s what.
I’m so happy this week. Why? The team beats a division leader, in its
own F’ing division; gets to .500, and it isn’t game 2; and Jerry gets a
big send off at half time, and the York’s get booed not once, but
twice! Now I haven’t felt this bad about not going to a game in years.
My personal desire to not put money in Dr. York’s pocket has robbed me
of a chance to cheer – and boo – for my team. I would have been happy
with the sweet nectar of victory, but to feel the shared righteous
indignation at the same time; curse me for not going.
Now for the fan letter:
Gore is something special – get him to the Pro Bowl on time
Lewis makes his own Luck – on D that’s what you do
Brandon is Moore – than I could have hoped
Alex is Learning – but it says a lot that we can win when he isn’t
really having a great game
Arnaz is a threat – nuff said
Watch our Johnson – Eric should stay the starter because he give us the
best chance to win
Jonas and Larry are EARTH MOVERS – Bow down to the BIG
Nolan is Styling – Hey look who’s wearing a suit!
Why did every coach have to wear a suit that day? If you noticed, quite
a few coaches had to wear suits, and they didn’t like it. Can’t the NFL
let coaches have a little dignity and drop the dress code? Fuck, the
corps already own all the stadium names, can’t they just lighten up on
setting fashion trends for screaming middle-aged guys who hold
clipboards.
As Home Simpson would say, “Hmmmmm, righteous indignation”
